Applications & Working Conditions

Suitable Media: Wafer and other neutral medium, working temperature from -20 to 120℃, the application of the valve can be municipal construction, wafer conservancy project, water treatment etc.

Pipelines Compatibility: Pipelines, especially those used for severely corrosive media such as hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, chlorine, strong alkalis, aqua regia and other highly corrosive media.

Standard Industry Usage: This product is used for the water supply and drainage system in tap water, sewage, building, chemical etc. industries, usually used as an open-close equipment.

Testing Standards

Body Test: The valve body test use 1.5 times pressure than standard pressure. The test should be done after installation, the valve disc is half close, called body pressure test. The valve seat uses 1.1 times pressure than standard pressure.

Special Test: According to customer’s requirement, we can do any test you need.
