Standard seat NBR, EPDM, also available in PTFE, Viton, Silicone etc. Unique design that mechanically locks the seal in the internal of valve body with a stainless steel retainer ring. Normally it is unidirectional seal design, and bidirectional seal as requested.
Several layers of braided packing with an easy access packing gland ensuring a tight seal. Available in a range of materials: Graphite, PTFE, PTFE+KEVLAR etc.
The guide block on the valve body makes the gate move correctly, and the extrusion block ensures the effective sealing of the gate.

ZFA Valve strictly executes the API598 standard for testing. In addition, design conforms to JB/T8691-2013, flange connections match GB/T15188.2-94, and general testing complies with GB/T13927-2008.
The gate is made from AISI304 or 316 stainless steel and is mirror-polished. This smooth finish avoids seat and packing friction during operation, while the beveled bottom edge effectively cuts through slurry and solids.
Standard seat materials include NBR (up to 90°C) and EPDM (up to 120°C). PTFE (up to 200°C), Viton (up to 200°C), Silicone, and Stainless Steel+STL options are also available for specific temperature and chemical requirements.
Valves can be configured with manual Gear Box controls, Pneumatic Actuators for automated systems, or Electric Actuators based on your project automation and control requirements.
Quality inspection is 100% guaranteed from raw casting blanks to finished products through a rigorous 15-step manufacturing process using GB standard materials, followed by 100% dual-side pressure testing.
