Non-Rising Stem Resilient Gate Valve Overview
The stem nut of the non-rising stem resilient gate valve is in direct contact with the medium in the valve body. When opening and closing the valve, operation is realized by rotating the valve stem.
Key Advantages
The height of the valve does not change during opening and closing, requiring minimal installation space. It is particularly suitable for large-diameter pipelines and tight installation environments, such as underground pipelines. (Note: Must be equipped with an opening and closing indicator).
Operational Disadvantage
The valve stem thread remains in direct contact with the medium, making it prone to corrosion over time. Additionally, the internal threads cannot be externally lubricated, leaving them susceptible to wear and damage.

Working temperature spans from -20℃ to 120℃ depending on material configurations. Provides smooth bidirectional flow without direction restriction, zero turbulence, and negligible pressure drop.
Epoxy & EPDM Sealing
Internal epoxy coating resists corrosion and prevents secondary water pollution. The wedge is encapsulated with high-grade EPDM (proportion up to 50%) providing stable, resilient sealing integrity.
Dual Testing & QC
Every valve undergoes rigorous tests for appearance, material integrity, air tightness, pressure, and shell durability before dispatch. Products are tested twice to ensure zero defective delivery.
