Product Description
The steel gate valve body is made of WCB material with delicate appearance. The internal part numerical control lathe machining, carries on the second processing, causes the appearance to be more beautiful. The seat of cast steel gate valve adopts Cr stainless steel and surfacing 507 molybdenum to increase the wear resistance of the seat.

The valve body and disc are made of high-grade WCB or CF8M cast steel. Internal components are precision-machined using numerical control lathes, and the seat is enhanced with Cr stainless steel and surfaced 507 molybdenum for superior wear resistance.
Our gate valves are engineered for sizes ranging from DN40 up to DN1200, supporting standard working pressure ratings of PN10, PN16, and Class 150 (CL150).
The valves accommodate multiple connection standards including BS 4504, DIN2501, ISO 7005 (PN6/PN10/PN16), JIS 5K/10K/16K, ASME B16.1 (125LB/150LB), and AS 2129 Table D and E.
The valves come standard with an ISO 5211 upper flange mounting, allowing easy integration with Gear Boxes, Electric Actuators, or Pneumatic Actuators based on your operational requirements.
