Performance & Structure Details
The flanged butterfly valve disc has two-way bearings, good sealing and no leakage during pressure test.
The butterfly plate has the function of automatic centering, which realizes a small interference fit between the butterfly plate and the valve seat. The phenolic valve seat has the characteristics of no falling off, stretching, leakage prevention and convenient replacement. Due to the sealing surface of the valve seat and the backrest, Therefore, the deformation of the valve seat is reduced.
Testing Standards:
- Body test: 1.5 times the working pressure of water. The test is carried out after the valve is assembled, and the valve disc is in the half-open position, which is called the valve body hydraulic test.
- Seat test: water at 1.1 times the working pressure.
