The interior of the valve body is fully lined with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), providing exceptional corrosion resistance against corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and various chemical fluids.
The valve seat features a backing structure comprising PTFE-encapsulated silicone rubber; this design ingeniously combines the superior chemical resistance of PTFE with the elastic properties of silicone rubber, thereby ensuring reliable sealing performance even under demanding operating conditions.
Fluids do not easily adhere, making the piping system more efficient and reducing the frequency of maintenance.
Compared to EPDM, PTFE offers not only superior corrosion resistance but also higher temperature tolerance; however, it should be noted that the required operating torque for PTFE is higher than that for EPDM.

The interior of the valve body is fully lined with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), offering exceptional resistance to heavy corrosive media, including strong acids, alkalis, and various chemical fluids, while preventing fluid adhesion to reduce maintenance needs.
The seat structure pairs the superior chemical inertness of PTFE with the resilience and elasticity of silicone rubber backing, guaranteeing tight, dependable sealing even under demanding operating conditions.
PTFE provides significantly higher temperature tolerance and broader chemical resistance than EPDM. However, PTFE features a higher coefficient of friction, requiring higher operating torque for actuation.
The valves are available in sizes ranging from DN40 to DN600 and support pressure ratings including PN10, PN16, CL150, JIS 5K, and JIS 10K.
Thanks to the standard ISO 5211 upper flange mounting, these valves can be equipped with Hand Levers, Gear Boxes, Electric Actuators, or Pneumatic Actuators depending on process automation requirements.
The valves comply with a broad range of international flange standards including PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, 150LB, JIS 5K/10K/16K, and GOST33259, with face-to-face dimensions conforming to API609, BS5155, DIN3202, and ISO5752.
