Product Description
CF8 is cast grade 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and widely used in various applications, including corrosive fluids.
The body material is aluminum, significantly lighter than ductile iron or WCB. Aluminum naturally forms a protective oxide layer in air, greatly improving corrosion resistance.
When worn, there is no need to replace the entire valve—simply replace the valve seat. The soft back seat design ensures easier replacement compared to hard back seats.
Engineered with high-grade SS420 to provide robust corrosion resistance, superior mechanical strength, and enhanced hardness.
Features a one-piece type disc without a pin, preventing internal flow medium from corroding the valve plate and stem through pin holes.
Fully compliant and verified under industry benchmark testing protocols: ISO 5208, API 598, and EN 12266-1.
Designed for water systems, wastewater systems, and gas pipelines with temperatures ≤120°C and nominal pressures ≤1.6MPa (16 bar). Suitable across food, medicine, chemical industry, petroleum, electric power, urban construction, textile, papermaking, and more.
