Our valve seat uses imported natural rubber, with more than 50% rubber content inside. The seat features superior elasticity and long service life, capable of opening and closing more than 10,000 times without damage.
The valve seat features a wide-edge design with a larger sealing gap than regular types, facilitating connection sealing and easier installation. The seat stem direction includes a lug boss with an O-ring to achieve secondary valve sealing.
Engineered with 3 bushings and 3 O-rings to support the stem firmly and guarantee reliable sealing performance under pressure.
Bolts, nuts, spring, and pin components use SS304 stainless steel material, delivering superior rust protection and durability.
The operating handle utilizes ductile iron for advanced anti-corrosion properties over regular handles, shaped in an ergonomic semicircle structure for comfortable operation.
The butterfly valve pin features a modulation type design, ensuring high structural strength, wear resistance, and a secure connection.
Electrostatic epoxy powder coating process ensures a minimum thickness of 250µm. Heated for 3 hours at 200°C and solidified for 2 hours at 180°C, the adhesive strength resists color fading for over 36 months.
Equipped with a double-piston structure pneumatic actuator to ensure high precision, operating efficiency, and stable output torque.
ZFA Valve strictly executes API 598 standards, conducting 100% bi-directional pressure testing on all valves to deliver flawless operational quality.
With 17 years dedicated to valve manufacturing, ZFA Valve combines professional engineering teams with precision-grade reliability to support client project objectives.
Every valve body is made via precision casting across ductile iron (DI), WCB, stainless steel, and specialty alloys. Each casting batch includes an identifiable stove number for material traceability.

The valve seat is made from imported natural rubber with more than 50% rubber content, providing superior elasticity. It can be opened and closed over 10,000 times without causing damage to the seat.
The valve integrates a wide-edge seat design with a larger sealing gap for easier pipe connection. It also includes an O-ring on the stem lug boss for secondary sealing, complemented by 3 internal bushings and 3 O-rings to stabilize the stem.
The valve body receives an epoxy powder painting process with a minimum thickness of 250µm. It is preheated for 3 hours at 200°C and cured for 2 hours at 180°C, ensuring optimal adhesion and color stability without fading for at least 36 months.
ZFA Valve strictly complies with API 598 standards, running 100% bi-directional pressure testing across both sides of every manufactured valve before final shipment.
All valve bodies are precision-cast using ductile iron, WCB, stainless steel, and other qualified alloys. Each batch is stamped with a distinct casting stove number to ensure full traceability and material authenticity.
