China Silencing Check Valve Non Return Valve Manufacturers, Factory

The silencing check valve is a lift check valve, which is used to prevent the reverse flow of the medium. It is also called a check valve, one-way valve, silencer check valve and reverse flow valve.

Product Description

The silencing check valve is installed on the outlet pipe of water pumps, specially engineered to eliminate water hammer and operational noise. When the pump stops, an integrated spring assists the valve disc in closing quickly prior to flow reversal—activating when forward flow velocity approaches zero. Featuring a compact structural length, lightweight construction, low fluid resistance, fatigue resistance, and extended service life, it prevents backflow damage across pump units.

Water Hammer Elimination

Spring-assisted closure shuts the disc before flow reversal, dampening shockwaves and vibration.

Compact & Durable

Short face-to-face length, low flow resistance, robust fatigue resistance, and extended service life.

Wide Application

Reliable backflow prevention across water supply, drainage, fire protection, and HVAC systems.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Where is the silencing check valve installed?

It is installed directly on the outlet pipe of water pumps across water supply, drainage, fire protection, and HVAC systems.

How does the valve eliminate water hammer and noise?

When the pump stops, an internal spring assists the valve disc to close rapidly in advance as the forward flow rate drops near zero, preventing counter-current slamming and acoustic shock.

What size and pressure ranges are supported?

Available sizes range from DN50 to DN600, with pressure ratings including PN6, PN10, PN16, and CL150.

Which face-to-face and connection standards apply?

Face-to-face dimensions follow API609, BS5155, DIN3202, and ISO5752. Flange connection standards comply with PN6, PN10, PN16, DIN 2501, and BS5155.

What body and disc materials can be selected?

Bodies are available in Cast Iron (GG25), Ductile Iron (GGG40/50), Carbon Steel (WCB A216), Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316/SS304L/SS316L), Duplex Stainless Steel (2507/1.4529), Bronze, and Aluminium Alloy. Discs can also be coated with Epoxy, Nylon, EPDM, NBR, PTFE, or PFA.

What seating options are available?

Seat material options include NBR, EPDM/REPDM, PTFE/RPTFE, Viton, Neoprene, Hypalon, Silicon, and PFA to handle diverse medium requirements.
